At The Stacked Enchilada we're all about bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and putting a creative twist on the classics. Since opening our doors in April 2023, we've been on a mission to serve up food that not only tastes amazing but feels like home.
Our inspiration? It all starts with our Grandmother Emma. Her kitchen was a beautiful blend of Spanish, Mexican, and American influences. Our mother, Lisa, learned from her firsthand—and thanks to both, we grew up enjoying those unforgettable meals. With our mom’s loving guidance, we later learned to bring Grandma’s cherished recipes back to life.
The Stacked Enchilada is a labor of love brought to life by two sisters, a brother, and the incredible support of our family and friends.
